Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

When I first found this place, I was awed by how beautiful it looks. Then, I started to deal with the management of the property and the looks began to fade, just like a beautiful person with an ugly attitude. Once I moved in, I saw how they really were and I IMMEDIATELY wanted to move and I have only been here for a month. This is a nice place to move to if you can put up with nonsense, but I can't. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Another thing I was turned off by when I moved in was that the apartment only has 3 light fixtures: hallway, kitchen, and living room. There are none in any of the bedrooms! You can't forsee this because the only thing they have for you to look at is their office, which is a 2 bedroom. That is not all they offer though (1-3 bedrooms) and they have the office rigged with lights and other stuff you think will be in the apartment, but aren't. Be careful if you decide to move out here. The security they say they have is barely visible and when you call them to take care of the noise problem, they are slow to respond and don't keep your information secret when the noise-makers ask who called. Just don't let the beautiful landscape fool you.
