Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

If you think the rental office is a great apartment, don't be fooled because when you move into YOUR apartment not even the same thing at all. They just paint over cracks and dents in the wall, the maintinace never fixes anything right, they always mess up the house, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything your neighbors do. This place is not up to standards at all! Our lease is up soon and we can't wait to move. Oh and the celings will leak matinaces way of fixing it is painting over it! So consider everything before you move in here. If i could take it back we would have never moved in here.
