Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

This is actually my second time living here and if I had know it had gotten this bad.. I would've stayed at my previous place. Maintenance is a joke. You call over there and they take down your information but NO ONE never comes unless you constantly keep calling. Then they always have to come back to patch up a job that was poorly done in the first place. It took management five years to upgrade the splinter infested playground with nails sticking out of the wood. The current playground is so small and cheesy that the children don't even play on it. And the rent is extremely high and not worth it. They have garbage all over the place because they are too cheap to purchase enough for each building. DON'T be a sucker like I was! Things really changed here once the previous manager retired... Many apartments are termite & bug infested.The money I'm paying is a mortgage payment. It's definitely not worth this DUMP!
