Apartment Review for Apollo Apartments - Norfolk, VA

We had a problem with the hot water running out after being in the shower for two minutes. It was never fixed. The neighbors were loud and just about every night one of the couple across from us would have a screaming match in the parking lot that could be heard anywhere in the complex. The walls are thin, so everything is heard. There was always an odor of drugs around the apartment which also never got taken care of.
