New aged slum lords!

At the showing of a potential apartment to rent, we saw a very well kept Apt. Day of move in we are put in the worst apt. they probably had. Mold,Carpet is used, and when we move out WE will be charged for the carpet anyway, birds have a nest right outside the front entrance so there is alot of poop being tracked inside. Clogged pipes. We are tenants who pay their rent too.  Need to rent an apartment?
