Apartment Review for Arbor Pointe - Norfolk, VA

the office is very inpolite. I saw out my back window the office manager Alma and the maintenance supervisor got into a argument and Alma raising her fists at her,and then she was fired from what i heard. Alot of theft, shootings, loud music, cracks appearing in the walls, flooding when it rains, roach problems, rats problems, the place is not suitable for raising kids. A few people who do maintenance is alright, but some dont know there ass from there elbow. I a racial trend going on there. Just a nasty place to be to sum it up.
