Apartment Review for Arbor Pointe - Norfolk, VA

I lived at Arbor Pointe in 2000 until 2001. It was disgusting. There was mold growing on my walls the windows leaked. Under the apartment buildings were flooded with water. When I told maintenance about the problem with my mold, they covered my walls with paint. I called the Health Department. Once the Health Department got on Arbor Pointe's case about how unsanitary the mold was, Arbor Pointe let me out of my lease early. Be careful when renting here.
