Apartment Review for Arbor Pointe - Norfolk, VA

I moved into these apartments aug. 05. The lady who signed us up,joyce, was rude, and has since been fired.The apartment wasnt fixed up nice ,they laquerd over dirt and swept things under the carpet so to speak while renovating.Maintenance never showed up, they juut cruise around in the golf cart, we had roaches and they said they would send pest control and never did.I am breaking my lease now because the playground was spraypainted on new years eve and they didnt report it to the cops, and so the next night I came out to find my new 2004 car spraypainted the same color.they have no signs up saying they arent liable but they wont pay and they wont fix crap.but they are making me pay a crap load of money for wanting to leave. The manager does care about anything, she only wanted to make us more miserable for trying to leave.The people next door are loud and the only utilitiy companies you can use are rude and charge you a bunch of shady fees(dont get AAg cable).Its no wonder the place has bugs the halls are filthy and none of the washers work and they stain your clothes.Do not move here, they dont care about you and all they care about is your money and that you dont bother them with what they see to be stupid problems with thier own broken stuff!
