Apartment Review for Arbor Pointe - Norfolk, VA

Apparently the first couple of months of living in these apartments are all for show. When I first moved in I had a complaint or two and they got handled, but sadly as time here progresses I've noticed less help from the maitenence and less respect from the office. I've been asking for a light to be fixed in my apartment since October of Last YEAR (2005) here it is April 11, 2006. I have had to keep serious records of my rent and paying it because the office loses track of my rent and starts sending me court papers and I have to prove I paid. Roaches are a serious problem. Out of the 5 months I have asked for the pest control to come by he has come by 1 time. I know it's not just my apartment because I've spoke with my neighbors. The neighbors above me are insanely loud at 2 am with music and that complaint hasn't been solved. My living room out let sparks. My fridge died. My stove was leaking gas. (thank god they fixed those two problems). There are no street lights. The kids parks are poorly kept. Very often I have to make up a spot to park.
