Apartment Review for Arbor Pointe - Norfolk, VA

My husband and me have been living here for 1 year and 5 months and it really is not all that bad. The office staff does what they can, yes sometimes you have to remind them of somethings and with the bugs that everyone is talking about if you tell them you have bugs you have to wait until the sprayers come and that is only once a month but if you clean the cabinets and do what the letter says then you will be fine. We have seen a few roaches but at any apartment complex you may see a few and we keep our apartment very clean and we have only seen 4 since we have been here. The violence is not that bad, Norfolk is Norfolk almost anywhere you go you will find some stuff. Neighbors can be noisy but if you tell the front office they will do something about it. When we first moved here yes the appearance of inside of the buildings were not great but they are reflooring the floors and repainting the walls in the hallway and up the stairs. The outside overall appearance has always been kept great. Overall the apartments are great for the rent we pay and we can have pets. We plan to stay until we can get a house in a year or two.
