Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I have been living here since 2002 and I will not be renewing my lease in 2006. My rent is increasing to $680 for 770 sq ft. This is ridiculous. I could lay on my floor and be in every put of my apartment. I have seen the police go to the building next to me twice in one month and in my building once (two girls beating up each other in the hallway). The first time, a guy was arrested with all his other friends lined up on the sidewalk. The second time, a frantic girl came out and called the cops on her cell phone. The parking is HORRIBLE! Guest parking is limited to about 15 spaces which are taking up by residents. Good luck with your vehicle parked on the side of the street! When it rains, flooding in the parking is pitiful. You could go swimming if you'd like. The windows have no insulation, so believe you will be paying a high electric bill in the winter time. Only great thing...no water bill!
