Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

This place is close to our work. We are in a building across the street and have no problem with parking. Our neighbors are nice. The noise level is very low till around sat and sun morning/afternoon, then they tend to turn the music up. But it always gets quite before the evening. We do have trouble getting up to the third floor with food and whatnot. But we understood that when we came in and still wanted to be on the third floor. The Carpet in the apartment is an awful color and looks just yuck, but everything else in the apartment was in great condition. The maintenance is very nice. If you play your music too loud in your car they will tell you to turn it down while in the parking lot. Haven't had any problems with too much of anything. It would be a very bad idea to park on the street. We do only have about 10 guest parking spots. The one thing I really can't stand about living here is that its a few blocks behind hampton blvd, among houses. The roads to the apartment are not very wide with all the cars parked on the street. There are quite a lot of people who just drive up the middle of the street and will not yeild to anybody, forcing you to wait on the side of the street till they pass. I find it very frustrating. I have almost been hit a few times. Other than that. I really like it here.
