It seems that whenever you want to go to sleep here, there is always someone outside throwing a fit or a party. And the parking lot only has like 6 guest parking spots, 3 of them filled with tenants on a constant basis. Yet, when you have a guest, they are eager to tow their vehicle and not those who should not be parking in guest parking. And when it comes time to pay rent, they give you time, but be sure your cashiers check has exactly the name of the person on the lease. Even if you put it in an envelope with your name on it, it is still counted as late because the check is "unrecognizable." Until, of course, you call and let them know about it, but then a month later you are told that you are accountable for last month's late fees or you'll be evicted in 5 days. Oh, and if you have a car that you like, I would keep a close eye on it because people like to key them a few at a time. There's no lighting in the parking lots, so if you're out at night, make sure you watch your step.
