Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I was very happy with this place to begin with. From the outside, it looks beautiful. Pretty brick buildings, nice landscaping. Though, looks can be decieving. I own two cars, and in between the both of them, over a $1000 worth of damage has been done to both. In between one getting broken into, then both of them getting hit, it's just beyond belief. I also just got a 5 day notice to pay close to $1000 on back rent or else I am evicted. There were no previous warnings on this. The office staff are for the most part horrible to work with. They are really rude. There are always parties going on. They claim that there is 24 hour on grounds security. This entails guys driving around on golf carts. It's a gaited community, though half of the time the gaits are broken to pieces on the ground. They have a pest service company that is free to enter your appartment at any time to spray pestisides. I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy having strangers enter my appartment unannounced to spray poison. The carpets are nasty, the cabinets are delapidated I absolutly cannot wait to move out of this sad excuse of an appartment.
