Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

If your broke, don't sleep, and don't need a car .. This is the place for you! Lived there for 3 months and had to leave. It's close the the base and the water bill is paid, But when you live on the third floor and can hear the music from a building over bottom floor ... It's time to move on. Managment didn't seem to care much about anything accept standing around and twiddling thumbs all day. I think we had to complain about people fighting outside for the first 2 weeks we were there and security was passed out in there little hut. That will make you feel secure. It's sad when you don't feel safe enough to walk outside to check your mail. Good Luck to all who dare!
