Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

This place is run by idiots. First off. If you look at the only two good comments on this place the typing is the same. After periods there are no spaces and they both say how wonderful it is and that maintenance is wonderful.... Bull. Maintenance is crazy. They don't do what they come to do. One crazy white man talks to you like you care. He was jumpy around my husband but when around me, very easy going, alittle too easy going. Very strange. There are two black men who are very nice. Cleaning ladies have dirty mouths and horrible attitudes toward you. Sockets were loose, stains on floors. We had to move after only a month of living there because of flooding, and they knew that the place flooded, BEFORE we moved in, but didn't care because we were young, stupid and so they thought quiet. Yea right. I can bitch, and I do it well. Comes from the father. The noise is unlivable. Its a good thing I have the opportunity to sleep during the day and stay awake at night. Windows let in more cool air than should be allowed for homeless men being torchered in iraq. Stove caught on fire because it is about 15 years or so old. No food was in there. Cable outlet in bed room was painted over atleast 10 times. Paint on the floors. Bathroom sink flooded. They were informed of water damage when we moved in. Mold. Stinks. Counters were greesy when we moved in. took a GALLON of pinesol and a bottle of mean green to remove it. parking is shit. office workers treat you like shit and dont understand anything an american says. outsides are lovley. part of the problem, all the money is outside. The apartment that they show you so you will move in, is the best apartment in the whole complex. no cabint space. if you are still reading this i dont know why you still care because after the first 3 lines of this i would throw out the idea of living here. 3 cars have been broken into in my parking area. which is about 30 cars. so if you have a nice car, nice rims, or a system. forget about it. and towing sucks. they will tow you because they want your money. thats all. they dont care if you have a sticker or not. just save yourself hassle and keep away from this place.
