Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

The good: Mainteance has been helpful and nice. The front office staff seems friendly and has helped me when I needed them. Landscaping is nice as well. Also location is only good if you are in the navy. The bad: Noise levels are high due to the airfield that is very close. Apartment was nasty when I moved in, carpets had pet stains, the paint was slopped on the walls and everywhere else, smelled bad and my appliances weren't even in the kitchen when I moved in. I had to call mainteance to come and install them. Craftmanship is horrible, and there has been too much criminal activity especially for a place that is a "gated community" The main problem is the layouts of the apartments and for the money they are way too small. I would not recommend this place unless you are stationed at NOB and location is your main priority. It could be worse but it could be so much better.
