Apartment Review for Breezy Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! There is construction everywhere in the neighborhood and the water is always SHUT OFF! Not safe or sanitary if you have children or even if you dont you never know if when you wake up the water will be working! Managers are terrible and they raise rent each year but do not even handle maintenance request or deal with tenants. Just drive by and see all the construction for yourself. Beware of "water main breaks" ALWAYS shutting off your running water
