Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

ive live here twice when i move in the apartment in 2002 its was wonderful always had some where to park trash cans were just outside the door and it was quite. i move back into the apartments in 2004 and thing slowly changed. first was parking, the only time you could really good a good parking space was if you got there between 3-5 after that good luck. next they took the trash cans. i paid a $450 deposite for the pets and $1250 deposite so total for just deposite was $1700 i knew i wasnt going to get the $450 back because it was non refundable but now that im out its a whole different story they want to keep some of my other deposite to change the carpet which they do anyway and i was told thats why you pay the pet deposite. to sum it up they try and get you for everything they can. make you pay a non refundable deposite that they say will cover the carpet. then also carge you $30 per pet. the place has changed alot so think twice.
