Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I have lived here almost a year maintenance came in while me and my boyfriend were out they left a note but over the months i have had shoes come up missing jackets missing and purses!!!! All the front desk could say is we will look in to it but what happened NOTHING. just last week the new rent format came out 2 months $915 dollars 6months 855 dollars 12 month lease 815 dollars thats a jump from paying 700 a month not to mention the pet fee is 200 dollars and what can we show for the increase nothing!!! theres never a place to park and the noise is crazy if someone smokes inside there apartment best believe you will smell it in yours!!! The Maintenance people look shady i know one of them took my stuff they look like crooks and if theydo work in your building they hang out in the hall way making noise and smoking BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!!!!!!!!
