Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

DO NOT LET THE OFFICE MODEL FOOL YOU!!! When you move into your apartment it will look nothing like that!!! Whe we moved into our apartment, they told us we could not see the apartment until we were moved in after the paperwork was signed! When we moved in the carpets has pet stains from the previouse tenants. You could see all the holes in the walls that had been replaced (the dents and different color paint over the spots are what gives it away!! ) You have to pay EXTRA to have them put in Kitchen counters and then you are basically renting them because you have to pay monthly!! There is not much to say about maintenance, as it speaks for itself, A JOKE!! Just about every month you will find a note on your door informing you that rent is going up and/or you are going to have to start paying for misc. charges that are suppose to be covered in your rent!! The bathroom is so small that you can't even stand in there with the door open!! The lighting in the kitchen and bathroom is the worst!! Many times we were threaten to pay a pet deposit or be evicted for a dog that we didn't even have. Which was assumed that we had one because of all the pet waste outside our backdoor from other people not picking up after there dogs!!
