Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

This place is a DUMP. Worst apartment we've ever lived in. It was the only apartment with availablity now we know why. The paint is horrible you can see all the patch jobs. cracks and chips. carpet is always coming up. When you call to have something fixed they just say it's an old apartment and nothing they can do about it. really loud we have one lady who lived above us and it sounds like a heard of elephants. There are cops here everyday. cars are always getting broken into and windows broke. our neighbors had their house window shot through. The pool is never open when their supposed to be. I would never have moved here if we would have had a choice. Don't waste your money.
