Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

It's a nice place to live but it is a little pricey for me to stay here much longer. It wouldn't be so bad if the rent wasn't so high. I pay 850 of a two bedroom place I could be spending that much on a morage payment Or something better than this place. I don't know what I was thinking staying here has long has I did. But I won't make a mistake like that again. And about the pool this is the only place I live that requires a check or money order to bring a friend to the pool with you. Its a rip off I had to write a check to get a friend in and less than an hour later it started to rain. That a wast of money right there. So STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS UNLESS YOU LOVE DEALING WITH A LOT OF BS YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH.
