Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I've lived here for a year. The apartments themselves are nice, clean, spacious, though a little on the pricey side. I pay 735 for a one bedroom apt. Maintenance is decent, although the 24 hour "emergency" line is not helpful. You have to leave a message and HOPE someone responds. The neighborhood although is not the safest I don't fell threatened. There are a lot of drug deals in the area and when you take out the trash you have to walk to the one and only dumbster at the END of the parking lot. If you live at one end and the dumbster is at the other end your outside for about 8 minutes, hope you don't need to take the trash out at night. You can hear everything being said out in the halls, and if your neighbors have a habbit of talking loud...you hear it all. Overall, I like it here. But I won't miss this place when i move.
