Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to live at Colony Pointe, but the nearly two years I spent there were nice. The carpeting was in great condition, and we rarely had to call maintenance. When we did, the people who came in were always friendly and courteous, and of course, knew what they were doing. The office staff was outstanding, we got to know them a friendly aquainences, rather than remote office workers. I miss the great parking and safe feeling of the apartment complex. It was also really well situated for a few restaurants and several grocery shopping choices, too. It was always extremely easy to get on I-64, or to head into downtown Norfolk.
