Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I was there for two years and the rent was increased, with no improvements to the property or the apartment. My car was stolen about two months before I moved out and my neighbors motorcycle was stolen as well. The office and the ad for the appartments mention that thwy have security, what they fail to tell you is that the security is for several complexs and they may be at another property while the thief is robbing you blind. When I did move out I left the apartment very clean. The only thing I did not do was paint. They tried to charge me for a garbage disposal that was broke from the time I moved in. I called maintance three times to fix it. Their solution was just don't use the disposal. Which I found insulting because I was paying for a disposal. I was glad to move and I would not advise anyone else to get stuck like I did. I especially do not advise you to sign a two year lease.
