Apartment Review for Colony Point Apartments - Norfolk, VA

Our stay has been a series of bad luck; my husband is the only person that ever got robbed at gun point in 5 years, we work late, so we get up later in the morning, but Colony point has a 8AM work time, so all the construction and landscaping noise starts at BLOODY 8AM. The floor boards are SO old, if you live under someone, u can hear them SNORE, walk and sometimes their conversations. Every year, there's at least 2 price increase during the year, and its more than $50. Here's load down. -BAD Noise insolation -BAD Parking if you get home after 7PM -BAD security -GOOD rental staff -OK appliances -OK space -BAD pricing -GOOD location to HWY and military base
