Rent Rate Steadily Rises-No improvements

I used to live at this apartment place. Unfortunately I lived here a lot longer than I should of. The last month I was there I was paying 800 for a one bedroom apartment. (Due to the month to month rent for one month). The office staff is so-so. They are nice when you deliver your rent check, but if it is a security report, etc. they aren't really helpful. Maintenance is again, very slow. They seem to have 800 leaf blowers on the property, but not any maintenance workers. They miraculously come out when your rent is up and they should have fixed certain things, but never did and are now charging you for it. Once there was a pretty nasty sewage back up...kids were roller skating in it, etc. Terrible smell. People like pulling pranks and turning your power off. Loud neighbors. there is no such thing as safety here. And the rule of three reports on you and you are out are not true. I was personally threatened here by another tenant. People with a lot of issues live here. You pay high rent for bad neighbors. Cars pulling up at all hours and honking for their friends. People party a lot during the week. Trash all over the place. Only 2 garbage cans for 8 units. chicken bones all over the place. Laundry rooms are a joke. They need to be repaired and/or replaced. Just don't move here, and if you do-don't stay as long as I did. (And you will be fine.) |
