Apartment Review for Crystal Lake - Norfolk, VA

I lived in this hell hole for 3 years. I finally got out! This place is like living in broke down housing by comparison to where I moved to. I had 3 floods when I lived there and then had Wood Cockroaches (look them up... huge) coming out of my bathroom fan. Every time I had issues, I had to "Put it in writing". Yes, I had to put it in writing to get my nasty ass carpets cleaned with other peoples shit coming out of my kitichen sink as well as when the hot water heater upstairs busted 2x's. And the roaches too.... So they could spray and finally fix the problem that they were coming in from the opening to the roof! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this shithole! The new upstairs neighbor paced the old floors at night keeping me up! The old upstairs neighbors let their dog shit on the back balcony so it in turn came down to my patio. The pool was only open about half the season last year. And if it is open, make sure there is no glass in it... Lest we forget all the gunshots heard at night...Spend the money and get a nice apartment in VB. Make sure that these people don't own it... Koterides Properties or KPM.
