Apartment Review for Dundale Square - Norfolk, VA

Oh my god where do I start. I signed the lease in 2005. I was aware that there would be a water bill but not a high ass one that is 120 dollars a month for one person.I complained called people over management's head,left messages which never were returned. Oh I came home from work to find millions of caterpilliars all over my living room and they took forever to spray. Ants are a constant problem. I called over to the rent office twice since they claim they have monthly pest control. Nobody ever came. Yeah but they want rent on time and ants are taking over my crib. And in addition to that there is no parking space. You have your own parking space assigned but when friends ans family come over for even a minute they have no where to park. Oh I've seen people's cars get towed constantly. So if you don't want to get ripped off deal with a high ass water bill and get ignored by management and maintenance. DON'T MOVE HERE PLEASE! I AM SERIOUS. I ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME YET I GOT TREATED LIKE PURE SHIT!BEWARE!
