I UNDERSTAND THEY HAD SOME PROBLEMS IN THE PAST, BUT HAVE A NEW MANAGER THAT COULD NOT BE poor response to the work needed for the apartment, in other words no qick response if any emergency is required in the apartments First off, me and my husbadn needed a place to live asap.
