Apartment Review for Fenner Garden Apartments (Thom Dozier Realtors) - Norfolk, VA

Since Day 1 When I moved in there, there have been problems. The carpet sheds,the cabinets were and still are dirty and nasty. The electric box spark on me twice and the heat still doesnt work probably. The mirror in the bathroom has rust stains and needs to be replace. I told the realtor and a year later things are still not completed. The parking you need decal and it works fine but you get one guest pass and if you park w/o it your car will be towed. My car has been towed twice and i live here due to bad inspection sticker and not have the tags with the updated year. The car was towed both times the day after the sticker and tags had to be updated. Instead of getting a worning they just tow causing me to come out of pocket to get my car back. This area is filled with drug dealers and and crack feens. I hate this area and i cant wait to move.
