Apartment Review for Gregory Realty Corp Of Va - Norfolk, VA

First of all Gregory Realty has several properties through out Norfolk. Some are better then others. We moved into one off Ocean View Ave. The outside isn't that great but the view is great. Speaking with the office staff they seemed on the up and up they seemed like they cared about their properties but once you sign the leased you are on your own! They made so many promises about how they were putting in new windows because the ones here are single panel! And when the wind blows you can feel it inside sitting on the sofa. We found out that a few of them are even plastic not glass. The carpet was vaccumed but not cleaned. The walls needed a real paint job. The ceilings are different colors of white. The freezer had mold in it. We called to complain and they came out sprayed some bleach and called it a day. The neighbors are extremely LOUD! We had to call the police several times to get them to turn down there music after 11pm on a week night. The office has yet to do anything about it. People in the building across from you (still Gregory Realty) walks there dogs in the grass area and don't clean up after them. You have a numbered parking spot but people park where ever they want. The office claims they tow but they don't. Good luck being able to use your own spot. Renter be where.
