I have lived here for several years and highly recommend it. We don't have to pay utilities, they are included in the rent....so no electric, water,gas bills. My heat and air are comfortable. I love the wood floors and the balcony. The building is quiet and safe too. If you are coming to town to work in Norfolk, this is a great place.  Need to rent an apartment?
