Apartment Review for Hampton Creek Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I have had nothing but heart ache since I have lived here. We have had roaches, rolly pollys, slugs in the bedrooms and kitchen, and major water leaks, I even had something living in my wall at one point, because the foundation had crumbled around the perimeter of my bedroom. They were not helpful getting rid of the slugs, they told me to go to wal-mart and buy bait. Its their job to keep pests out. They only do the min. amount of work necessary to keep things going. We had a water leak that was not taken care of properly and resulted in mushrooms growing in my bathroom, and we have still not had our wall painted and it was over 8 months ago. The last water leak we had we were out of apartment for 2 days and they expected us to move back in with soured wet carpet in my living room. I found out that they have quest plumbing which was recalled in the early 90's. The parking is assigned but is no where near your front door. You have to have a pass for every visitor because they have tow trucks patrol, and tow people constantly. The maintenance man is nice but over worked. The management is not helpful and a bit snotty.
