Apartment Review for Judy Boone Realty - Norfolk, VA

I haven't rented a property through Judy Boone Realty because quite frankly, I never received enough information or help to do so. From day one, the office staff was not very knowledgeble about any of the properties and weren't helpful with questions. I tried over the phone and received the same attitude from one of the property managers. What is the deal? Do they want to rent properties or just have you vote them the best again? Whatever, if I were you, I'd find another company to go through if you want good customer service!
