in order to rent from judy boone you must be: 1)crackhead 2)some kind of addict 3)someone who owns a gun(You'll need one) 4)drug dealer 5)have the police on SPEED DIAL

I have lived in an apartment through judy boone, and it was pretty spacious and well kept on the inside... big kitchen and nice bedrooms, i had just moved here, and i asked about the crime rate in the area i was about to move to. I was told there was very little to no crime, and a good neighborhood. Little did i know, i was lied to. My apartment was broken into several times. there was a homeless guy living upstairs in an apartment they were renovating, they left the door open. i complained and complained and noone came, My neighbors were selling drugs out of their apartment and would have people coming in and out all hours of the night. judy boone failed to do anything about it. When i walked outside there was always glass everywhere, and i found a knife with blood on it RIGHT NEXT TO MY CAR! my windows got broke out and my car was broken into. The bathroom celining would leak, and noone EVER came to fix it... i sent them my rent through the mail one time and they said i never paid. judy boone is an all around bad realty to rent from, they lie, steal, and never reply to your complaints. i wouldnt reccomend moving there to a HOMELESS PERSON. please take my advice!!!!!
