Apartment Review for Judy Boone Realty - Norfolk, VA

I contacted Judy Boone last May regarding apt I saw online for rent. Being that I was moving from another state I asked all the right questions, crime, cost of living, the apt, etc. I was given great answers. So, I moved into the Ocean View area. I signed the lease before seeing my apt. The day I walk into my apt I cried. Holes in the wall, trash in the two closets, the bathroom was falling apart, the front door was kick in before. I called the leasing office and was told "Sorry about your luck but you signed the lease". I since patched up all the holes in the wall, cleaned my own carpet, replaced the bathroom floor, replaced all the mini-blinds, etc. I have called the leasing office repeatly to have someone come out and spray for bugs, to fix the kitchen cabinet. Needless to say I'm still waiting and I put it in writing 6 times since August. Please take my advise and don't move in to any of her properties. May cant get here fast enough for me to move out.
