Apartment Review for Judy Boone Realty - Norfolk, VA

Maintenance was non-existant; even after repeated requests. I was told bug and rodent issues were my responsibility. Requests for additional security after a break-in were ignored. Emails requesting a status of the return of my deposit were ignored. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. The rental manager never answered any questions regarding the conduct of what maintenance crew did respond. What was advertised as a 2 bedroom was in reality a one bedroom; there was no way to get anything other than camping furniture into the 2nd bedroom. I was never told of the history of the building & the staff would not answer questions. The beach was the only thing worth while.
