Thank you Mrs. Boone to you and your staff, especially to Mary Ann Mosley, for helping me with the rental of my precious condo. When I had to transfer to a new duty station on the opposite coast last year, the last thing on my mind was to worry about finding a tenant to rent my property. I immediately contacted Boone Realty because I was confident you and your team knew the Ocean View neighborhood and could easily find me a wonderful tenant. By the next day, I met with Mary Ann and she eased my worries. She properly suggested the rental value and prepared me for the winter rental market. It wasn't going to be easy. Then, unfortunately, my property experienced a horrible flood from a burst water pipe which led to months of repair. Throughout the whole process Mary Ann was patient and helpful, and took great care of my property. She provided updates on the repairs and remained diligent in finding a tenant. When the water damage repair was near completion, Mary Ann was quick to line up a tenant. It was such a relief to finally have my property rented!
