Apartment Review for Larchmont - Norfolk, VA

These apartements are old. I have never seen mold or had any health problems, that is crazy. I read the other reviews and decided to write. I have been here for about a year and a half. The apartments do need a makeover but they are remodeling them as we speak. The pipes are old and they do clank and bang but only for about 2-3 minutes when the heat comes on. The location is great. It is right across the street from ODU so it is perfect for a student. If you are looking for something for a year or two, this place is fine. I feel safe, I have never had a parking problem. I have had one problem with my bathroom sink and it was fixed the day I mentioned it to maintence. The guys are very friendly. This place is great for the price and currently includes some utilities. Don't listen to others, this place is not that bad, it is definetly liveable.
