They are working on refurbishing the apartments, which will include internal air/heat, a better kitchen, and improved bathrooms. I just moved from one apartment to another, and I am happy. A bit annoyed with the bugs, still, but they are probably around because of all the refurbishing.  Need to rent an apartment?
