Apartment Review for Larchmont - Norfolk, VA

These are the worst apartment in Norfolk!! They are infested with Bugs and mold. If you try to complain about the bugs to the Manager (Jackie) be prepared to be abused!! She will threaten you with eviction and treat you like crap!! The "renovations" they did were nothing more then installing a terrible ac, and making you pay for all utilities. They also raise the rent each year. If you complain you better start looking for a new place, because if you are not evicted your lease will not be renewed at the end of the period. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There is nothing worst then having people over for a nice evening and having giant house centipedes crash the party....
