Apartment Review for Marquis Villa - Norfolk, VA

the apartment is nice size, pretty decent nice neighborhood. the main problem is the parking if you have more then one vehicle no matter if theirs more then one name each having a vehicle on the least, you get one parking sticker. and if the sticker is lost or whatever you cant not replace it even though you have to pay for it when you move out if you do not have it. i personally do not like cable but even thought you cant have satelite.. well the dish. maintenance is fairly good but had a problem and said it was gonna be fix but did not have it fixed til like 2 weeks later.
