Apartment Review for Merrimack Landing Apartments - Norfolk, VA

Well, let's see. First, I just moved in here April 28, 2007. It's now 4 months later. Hated every second of being here. The office lost my rent payment 2 times in the last four months, then never called me back when they said they would look around to see the problem. I had to go in and the manager actually looked, but still has no idea where my money is. The one lady in the office is real ignorant, i just wanna punch her everytime i go in there. When something breaks in your house, lets say, your AC... you have to call in, like 3 diff times, and then go into the office. Luckily, the maintence guy was there when I went in the one time...that's the only time that they have came at a reasonable amount of time, i'm still waiting since last Monday to have someone come and recharge my AC that doesn't run too good. It's a waste to live here, waste of money. The kids around here are crazy, they are gonna get themselves killed and the parents don't care, they just say they don't want to hear about it. The parking sucks, I have to drive through a basketball court and park in the grass behind my house next to the playground, and watch out my window to make sure no stupid kids at the playground mess with it. If i don't park there, then I normally would have to park like 2 blocks away from my house. They need to have assigned parking spots and get rid of the cars that are broke and just sittin there. There's 3 cars in front of my house right now that havent moved since I got here. It's crazy. I'm about to break my lease and move somewhere else. Where they don't lose my rent money...
