Apartment Review for Merrimack Landing Apts - Norfolk, VA

I have been living in this place for going on a month and a half and it's ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the maintenance crew people SUCK! They come in to fix one thing, and they either break something else or they live a mess!! They came in to fix my dishwasher which has been broken for almost 2 weeks now and they left my trash can sitting out (which is always under the sink) and left my KITCHEN rug in a ball in the living room...they leave black marks from their shoes all over my white kitchen floor... the office staff is not any better. My husband got this place about a month before I moved down here and they keep giving me grief because I'm not on the lease and i'm in lease violation. IM HIS WIFE! They are not allowed to take work orders from me anymore and my husband has to "sign" a document stating he wants me added to his lease... HE IS ON DEPLOYMENT what is he gonna do? These people make me so stinkin mad! PLUS there are shootings, rapes and murders here!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! MOVE TO HAMPTON!
