This place is only good if you're transitioning from out of state and can't purchase a home immediately (6 months tops). The grounds were kept better than the actual apartments. The maintenance staff worked on workorders when they wanted to and some work never got done at all. It took reporting the issue more than twice. Rain came through the ceiling; the first patch job sucked. It took months and almost the ceiling falling in for someone to do a better job (and that's not saying much because the work/problem is so obvious). There's only one outlet in each room. The shower has a wooden sill and the steam from the shower rots it. The caulking job is so bad, it peels constantly and needs to be replaced constantly. There is no carpet and my AC unit was replaced twice. Once it caught fire and the maintenance person got mad because I called the Fire Dept.! I guess I was just supposed to let it burn until they decided to show up. The office staff acts like you're bothering them to do their job. Unfortunately, I stayed in there 6 years (convenient to the base); however, looking back, sitting in traffic sounds much better if I'm living in a better place. I could go on and on, but I won't. I do not recommend this place for anyone. |
