At first with the location and rent you think you have found a real find. However, the apartment is so run down. There is no carpeting, dishwasher, counterspace, storage space, or parking space. The apartments are infested with earwigs, which is so very disgusting if you have any kind of cleanliness standard. The apartment is also very inefficent. Your heating and cooling bills will be extraordinary for such a small apartment. The management expects for you to pay to update the apartment with a dryer connection, while not upkeeping their laundry facility. Bottom line spend the extra money and find some where better.
