Apartment Review for Mission College Apartments - Norfolk, VA

The maintenace staff is great. If there is somthing wrong they will do their best to get it fixed as fast as they can. They people who take care of grounds do a great job for all that they have to put up with. But that's about where everything stops. The people who work in the office are the most heartless. They make mistake after mistake costing you over hundreds of dollars and don't try to make up for it or even appologize. Hint never trust the papers they leave on your door and keep you lease under your pillow. They also lie to you. Before i moved in i asked about the noise and was told how thick the walls were and how quite the complex. Only to find out that every individuel loves to play dj weither it b in the parking lot or their homes. In my room i can hear the guy beneath me snooring at night. O and the bugs..they start off by only coming out at night atleast that's the only time we saw them then the started getting balls and popping up everywhere. And it's not just our appartment. On top of everything the getto rises at night..b/t people setting stuff on fire, kids playing w/ fire crackers all year long, and kids, even though you know which appartment they stay in, knock on your door and run thoughout the day...Mission College is deff not what we thought it was when we decided to move in..and before you do you should talk to the people and look at their places instead of trusting the people in the office.
