Apartment Review for North Shore Gardens Apartments - Norfolk, VA

Most of the people living in north shore gardens apartments even maintenance guys don't care wheather or not they disturb the residents. They speak loud, act, walk and do their jobs very noisy like they don't care the rest. They are the only one living in that apartment. Couple times, I woke up very early in the morning with a very loud noise as is I thought I had slept till noon. Then I had realized it was 7.10 AM. Next door couples were fighting. I thought they were fighting in my bedroom. People don't care wheather you are sleeping even midnight. You don't know how many people live in the next door neighbor. It is like dormitory, or club house. Maybe, more than 10 people live in 2 bedroom apartment. Terrible...
